Everett showed up, pinpointed the problem, and attempted to fix it. Unfortunately, the necessary part wasn’t available at the local home supply store. However, he only billed for the weekend visit fee and arranged a follow-up for the next day. While it wasn’t the perfect solution, Everett was polite and did everything within his power. His overall effort and expertise in plumbing were commendable. I’m grateful for his help and would definitely avail of their services again in Tucson.

Even though the plumbing issue hasn’t been fully resolved yet, this doesn’t reflect poorly on the three plumbers, Everett, Leo, and another colleague from Poole Brothers Plumbing, who worked diligently on the problem for many hours today. They all displayed professionalism and extensive knowledge, but despite their impressive efforts, they were unable to fix the old damaged cast-iron pipes. We will continue to engage with Poole Brothers Plumbing because we have complete confidence that they will eventually present us with the best solutions for a lasting repair. i recently had new heaters installed in my place in tucson. initially, one of the heaters was too large, but leo and everett, the plumbers, managed to find a perfect fitting one. they installed the second one today and i couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. these guys were absolutely wonderful, even being respectful and patient with my grandchild. they also made sure to clean up nicely after the job. i’m planning on hiring them for my other properties as well. the plumbing company is under new management and the service has been excellent. i am really happy with the new ownership.
