I called DrainMasters within 30 Minutes I received a call from Cody who was only 10 minutes from our home. Cody turned out to be the nicest, professional and Best Plummer I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Cody even gave me tips to keep my toilet running smoothly to prevent extra maintenance. Zack did a great job clearing our main line stoppage – really good work ethic, knowledgable, personable and professional. From start to finish the experience with Drainmasters was smooth and with no surprises. Two other companies I called said they would give me a quote (for a simple stoppage mind you) *after* they came out and “diagnosed” the issue – which is code for “you’ve spent the whole day waiting for us so you’ll probably pay whatever we quote you”. Not Drainmasters – up front and fair pricing over the phone which is much appreciated!

I unfortunately had to call a plumber two times within one week for separate issues, but I’m so thankful for DrainMasters. They were able to come out same day and even within 1 1/2 hours after 5. Both Plumbers, RJ and Cody were wonderful, professional, and extremely helpful. All issues were resolved in a timely manner and there was even help with cleanup. I couldn’t imagine calling anyone else. Thank you!

I had called another plumbing company due to sewage backing up in my shower. The company said I could have an appointment in 8 days. I called Drain Masters and they sent Zach out within 45 minutes. He and his apprentice did a great job and solved my problem quickly. I will only call Drain Masters. I had another occasion to use Drain Masters Plumbing and Drain Service. Fernando was the plumber they sent. He was amazing. He did such professional work and explained every step to me. He also suggested some preventive maintenance that I could do at a future date. I appreciate that I can schedule when my wallet and schedule permit. I will always use this company and ask for Fernando.

This is by far the best ever Plumbing company I ever worked with! Zac and Alex the plumbers in the world – did an amazing job fixing my sewer line to the toilet that had a 3 or 4 foot tree root in the toilet pipes . After digging a 5 ft hole to get to the tree root and a pile of dirt on my patio the pipe got fixed and then the most amazing thing happened! THese two guy who had been working here for 8 hours cleaned my entire living area where dirt and stuff had been coming in and out all day! I was practically in tears of gratitude for all they did and they went way above the the best job I have ever experienced! Thank you Zac and Alex and Drain Masters for a top job in all respects

Zach did a great job of repairing our broken sewer clean out in an expeditious manner, and it looks brand new. DrainMasters services were reasonably priced for the repair.

Our pipes were all corroded and broken and Zack came out for several days to dig out the broken pipe from underneath the house so that we could place a new pipe under the house. Very hard work but Zack finished the job! Very good and hard worker!

A third of the owners of our HOA suddenly lost water. It was in the afternoon and Drainmasters sent a plumber from Picture Rocks Plumbing to cover the call. The plumber assessed the problem, located parts, and replaced the check valve that malfunctioned. It was 6:30 pm (dark) and he was just finishing up the work. He then attended to another problem, and replaced a malfunctioning shut off valve for a unit. He finished about 7:30 using a flashlight. The plumber was professional, affable and courteous. Thank you.

We had a plumber out this morning and he couldn’t get the job done because he didn’t have the right equipment. Cody came out within 2 hours of our phone call. He was professional and friendly. He fixed the clog within an hour. We are so happy we called DrainMasters!
