I am beside myself with this company! George came out to my home two weeks ago to look at a leak in our soft water system. He was great and located the serial number and called his plumbing supply to find out that it was under warranty for another 3 years for which I was happy to hear. He called the manufacturer and said he ordered the parts necessary to fix the problem and would keep up on it and get back to me with a time to come out and fix it. I asked if it would be fixed in less than a month because we sold the house and that’s when it would be closing. He said absolutely. I called twice last week to check up on it and the girl who answered said she would look into it, talk to George and call me back. 5 days later she calls me back, is very flustered and raising her voice to me and tells me that she and George checked into it and the parts are lost and she doesn’t even know what’s going on and they can’t fix it and they don’t even service that brand of water softeners. They basically charged me $90 to come out and promise something they couldn’t fix. She was very rude. When I asked her questions she couldn’t answer anything and said we just don’t service it and we can’t fix it! Terrible, horrible customer service to say the least!!! I called the manufacturing company and they said they never even heard of Avery Plumbing and they are not on their list and they would be more than happy to help me find a plumber who would fix it.

Avery Plumbing was quick to respond to our needs and came the same day. We had a terrible odor from our master bathroom, I thought the smell of gas and he found that our shower drain wasn’t properly installed with a trap. The job was done at a reasonable price with excellent customer service!

Excellent service! The plumbers are very knowledgeable. George was quick to resolve the issue with my water heater. Staff was pleasant. My issue was resolved quickly.

Avery Plumbing does excellent work and their pricing is reasonable and fair. George recently completed a remodel project for me: it was timely, professional and one budget. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing problems and remodels.

When I called the office to make an appointment to install a new sink, faucet and disposal, I talked to Tina who saved me a lot of trouble by warning me that I better make sure my new sink and faucets fit in the existing cut outs. To my surprise the sink was not a true rectangle and it did not fit the radius of the corners of the existing cut; so I ordered another sink and contacted Avery Plumbing again, once the new sink arrived. Their return replies were very prompt and George arrived at the time we agreed on and we found him to be very pleasant and professional. Everything went together like clockwork (much to everyone’s amazement) and I love my new sink, faucets and disposal with no leakage anywhere and George even made sure the lettering on the disposal was centered and he was very careful to leave the area clean and tidy (which I appreciated). His price to do this job was much less than I expected; so consider him honest and fair. We will definitely be bringing him back for future projects.

The owners of Avery Plumbing pride themselves on providing every customer with the best customer service experience possible. They always tell the truth about what the plumbing issues are, regardless of the revenue generated for them. Their philosophy seems to be that if they just pay attention to providing exceptional customer service, everything else will fall into place.George is very knowledgable and experienced in all aspects of plumbing and can install, repair, replace anything to do with plumbing. In addition, they are two of most honest, sincere, and fun people I have ever met.

Had a small job replacing a hose bib and adding another. Coordinated with the office the afternoon before, George showed the next day (ON TIME) and knocked it all out in rapid fashion and at a reasonable price. It can’t get any better than that ! I’ll be using Avery Plumbing for any and all of my plumbing needs in the future ! Thank-you ! GREAT JOB !

Avery Plumbing is familiar with Juniper Ridge Resort and is available on Saturdays. They have been attentive to our communities needs and our residents have appreciated their quick, professional response. The JRHOA has used his expertise on a few occasions. Consults have been above and beyond expectations and repairs have been reasonable.
