My husband and I were extremely pleased when Gold Star Plumbing sent someone the same day we called for service! Paul Navarette came with 26 years experience. He was prompt, friendly, and professional. Our plumbing issues were diagnosed, clearly explained, parts were ordered, and prices were discussed. Paul came back the following day to complete the work. We will definitely recommend Gold Star Plumbing to friends and neighbors, and we will personally ask for Paul to take care of any future plumbing issues! Thanks for the excellent service!

Just had Goldstar Plumbing & Drain install a whole home.water filter system. Chris and Nathan did a fantastic job. Quick, neat and tested. I really appreciate how Chris took the time to explain the flow lines and cutoffs. Got a good laugh learning about my outside “faucet”. Kept looking at Chris like he was confused or something when he told me the “…bibbs won’t have filtered water.” “Huh? Bibbs? What’s that?” I ask. “Your hose screws on it.” he says. “Oh, right. The faucet.” I say. “The hose bibb.” he said grinning. “It’s on your outside wall” “It’s not the outside faucet?” I ask. And so it went. My husband cracked up. Said I have conversations with him exactly the same way all the time. Such friendly and informative plumbers. They’re now our go to plumbing company.

Been a customer for the last 2 years. When my garbage disposal needed help, they were the first place I called. Izaak, was great. Helped me with membership issues and completed all the work quickly and professionally. Was very please with my service today and look forward to a continued relationship with Gold Star Plumbing. Update 7-28-23 Add on. Just had another big job done by Gold Star Plumbing and as before, they were fantastic. Their Techs are always on time, professional, courteous and get the job done right the first time. I look forward to continue our relationship with their company for years to come and recommend them highly. Update 7/1/24 Gold Star Plumbing is the best. Michael Gossman has been coming out for some time to our home to fix whatever issues we have and always does a fantastic job in identifying the issue and fixing it. Michael is a very kind, courteous and all-around great guy. Gold Star Plumbing is very lucky to have him on there team. The company as a whole is very good and I look forward to them servicing us for years to come.
