Roger was a consummate professional, showing tremendous patience and exceptional skills in his craft. He was successful in addressing our clogged drains and overflowing toilets, which was a godsend considering my desperate need to use the facilities after a long day at work. Roger maintained his composure, even as my husband, eager to ‘help,’ followed him around. Despite the adverse weather conditions, he persistently worked on the exterior drains until all the toilets were functioning smoothly. my husband goes to this doctor. we have called 4 times trying to get a refill on prescriptions that he needs for high blood pressure and various things. they said they would provide 1 refill until he can get in for his check up and they have yet to do this after practically begging them to do what they said they would. i’m praying they do it soon. idk how long he can go without his meds without something bad happening. idk if they even care.

I haven’t seen this doctor but he was recommended to my son so my son made an appointment. The person who recommended hin said they thought it was 75$ per visit with no insurance and since my son wasnt working because he was sick he borrowed 75$ from me and went to his appt. When he got there he was humiliated by the receptionist when she told him this was not helping hands. You don’t have enough money. Go see them. My son was so embarrassed he came back to my house, gave me the money back and would not go back to the doctor. He was 30 years old. A couple weeks later he died with congestive heart failure. He died April 19,2018. It has taken me this long to get to a state where I could speak up and not say something Id regret. To this receptionist, don’t talk down to people. You don’t know how it will affect their mindset. I lost my son who was my best friend.

Dr. Okafor Is the best! I don’t ever remember going to a doctor who really listens and take the time to find results like he does. He never disappoints me.
