Cleared the drain but lied to the warranty company saying that the bathtub drain was broken and had to be replaced at an undisclosed cost to me. The warranty company sent out VetPro Plumbing who has reported to the warranty company that there is in fact no leak.

They were contracted through a home warranty company. The gentleman who came out to diagnose the problem was great. My water heater was warranted by the manufacturer and I got the new one last week. Since then it has been phone tag between Anytime and the home warranty company over a report and follow up authorization to install the already replaced water heater. The job is being held up by administrative details.

Called for broken pipe, said they could come out and day. No one ever showed up. Their website stayed 24/7 service so after no show I called them over the weekend and left messages. The days late they finally call back saying they were sorry. I contacted another plumbing co and they came right out and fixed the problem. Would NOT recommend at all! Oh this was through my home warranty co. When the repair guy called to say he was on his way, I already had fixed by someone else, he actually asked me to send him a picture of the damage. I never did and am glad because this company told the home warranty co that they came out and did the work! Took me a few weeks to get it straightened out and get my deductible back.

Once the head aches of getting our water heater installed as a warranty claim, the install was a complete sucess, thanks to the professionalism of “Jess” who did a great job and was very nice while doing his work.
