This was a check up due to a washer leaking. Marty was able to isolate the cause of the leak. Friendly, prompt, professional. Update: as professional and personable as ever. This time was for a plugged water line.

Marty was the consummate profession! Same day service. We chose two items (faucet and disposal) and we are so pleased with our final product! Marty from Mortensen Plumbing is the best! It has been so difficult getting plumbers in Flagstaff. Friends gave us information on Mortensen plumbing. Within five minutes of leaving a message, we were contacted and an appointment was set up. We will deal with no other plumbing company other than Mortensen and Marty!!!!

Marty was engaged to make some plumbing repairs at our home. Based on his proposal and required upfront payment of $5,503, it appeared there were some significant problems which would take some time to repair. However, after six to seven hours of work he was done. This amounted to an hourly charge of roughly $800 per hour. Since the project was not as large as anticipated, I asked Marty for a partial refund. To which he has refused. If you use his company, be aware of paying before services are rendered and be prepared to pay substantially more than other plumbers charge.
