As we expected, outstanding service and great attitude. Daniel Jahneke is truly a value employee. Tyson did a great job for the kitchen sink faucet and angle valves. I would request him to do any future plumbing work. Thanks I can say ‘wow’ with certainty. Carlos and Jose came to our house in install a new AC 5 ton unit and attic heat exchanger. These guys are a perfect team and were courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough about their professionalism. Thanks

7/15/24 Alex was very punctual, friendly and helpful in explaining everything he would be doing on my OS system maintenance call. A very beneficial ProSkill employee., Thank you Alex!. 4/1/2024 Robert Dodrill arrived for the annual A/C check as scheduled. Professional and informative as to what he was going to do. Work areas left clean as he found them. Robert, thank you for your attentiveness to details! 1-3-2024 Mike Cromwell was very professional and extremely helpful. He knew exactly what the water softener issue was and replaced the necessary part. No more dripping! Can’t thank Mike enough for his expertise and ProSkill’s having him as a valuable employee. 11-8-2023 Jason Prater was very well informed and professional in his workmanship. He explained everything he was going to do as well as answer all my questions. What little insulation fell from the attic opening, he vacuumed up leaving the work area as clean as it was before he got here. He has been the only one to physically tighten the circuit breakers electrical connections finding a couple that were not completely snug.Previous technicians may have offered in the past and I must have declined. Jason, You did a great job and Proskill should be proud to have you on their team. 8-2-2023 Sean Hughner arrived as scheduled and went straight to work on the osmosis system for it’s annual checkup. He is very professional and informational and answered all of my questions directly and politely. Sean’s a great employee! I’ve been forced by Google reviews to remove some of my outdated Proskill reviews due to exceeding the character count here.. 4/18/2023 Cody Jackson was great! Kept me abreast of what he was doing and answered every one of my million questions politely and professionally. Thank you Cody and ProSkill should be proud! 11-1-2022 Mike Rhodes arrived early and performed the furnace check/cleaning as requested. Super friendly and answered all questions I had. Thanks Mike! ProSkill should be glad they have you on board. 8/24/2022 Tyson was great! He arrived in plenty of time, explained what he would do in the osmosis system check, drained the water heater, checked the water softness and completed the job. He asked more than once if I had any questions and was very courteous and professional. Thank You Tyson and ProSkill for having valued employees who care. 1-19-2022 Daryl was super courteous and helpful explaining everything and trouble shooting what appeared to be thermostat problem. His manager Mike and fellow service tech Jay assisted in fixing what is felt to be a periodic temp variance within the system temp schedule. Thank You ProSkill and as usual, all who helped were professional and knowledgeable in every respect. 11-12-2020 Craig Schmiemeier arrived and re-installed the water softener. He was very professional, knew exactly what he needed to do and tested it before he left. Thank You Craig.

Service with a Smile. Honest!!! No up sale scare tactics ( have experienced that with other companies) 10 STAR ⭐️ Update 2023. Shawn did an exceptional job on my RO system maintenance, hot water heater flush and water softner check. 10 star ⭐️ Update 2024. Mike Cornwell is exceptional. Had estimate done for watersoftner, carbon tank system and recirculating pump. Courteous, VERY patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable on water filtration/quality. systems. Very competitive quote. Had a water softner, carbon tank filtration system and hot water recirculating pump installed (side note: my previous system installed by another company failed – and that company is closed so no warranty). Craig S. did my install. He was fantastic: thorough, professional, kind, courteous, very knowledgeable and patient. ProSkills has been in the Valley a long time and stands behind their high quality products ( you can bet I did my research this time). They are a 10 star plus company. They have my buisness for life. Update July 2024. Had my annual service today by Alex. Exceptional customer service. 10 star plus as always

Carl was efficient and thorough in doing the HVAC system maintenance. Then came back a couple days later for repair of the outside unit in this extreme heat because a rodent of some sort had setup housekeeping in the center of the AC unit and tried to sample the wiring for lunch. He installed a shield to keep them out fixed the wires.
