This was the third time that I used Scott Plumbing for a plumbing issue. On all three visits their technicians have been courteous and very efficient in their work. On this third visit technician Jay G methodically analyzed my problem, which required an unpleasant visit to he crawl space to determine the source of he problem. He thoroughly explained my options and provided costs for each option. I like the way Scott Plumping does business.

Excellent service the plumber came over promptly prior to the original schedule and perform the assessment. He gave us good advice to repair our kitchen faucet so we contacted Delta and Delta is now sending out new parts and I will call Scott’s plumbing back to have the new parts installed. Thank you.

Excellent customer service from calling and scheduling to the actual work performed. Needed a new garbage disposal. The technician was friendly explained the issue and took about 30 minutes to install and disposed of the old garbage disposal. He cleaned the area after he was done. I would highly recommend Scott Plumbing.

Brandon was excellent! He diagnosed the issue and went right to it and fixed it! I was worried about him possibly going inside my brick but he was able to save the brick! His customer service skills were impeccable!
