Plumbing technician was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed problem and advised me what to expect in future and approximate cost to remedy drainage problem. Highly recommend Rice Plumbing to remedy any plumbing or drainage problems.

Very positive experience. I originally had them come out to do routine maintenance on my grinder pump and tankless water heater. They were courteous and professional. The communication could not have been any better, and that’s saying something in today’s climate! So, when it came time to do some renovations, I contacted them to see if they could help with that and they did. I had the exact same experience having them install new water lines & drains for an ice maker & wet bar. Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I called requesting a dishwasher repair advising that I knew it was leaking underneath. I even sent a photo showing the leak on the carport ceiling underneath (see attached photo). Today Repairman called to tell me I had a leak but that Rice does not repair appliances. Why was this not explained when I requested the service call? I was specific on the problem and will not pay for this service call. I have used Rice at least twice prior and was satisfied but not this time.

One minute on the job with a snake said he could not get it unclogged , then attempted to charge me $780 dollars to continue, I paid him $79 dollar fee and told him no thank you , that Rice is a scam.. This is one of those companys who try to abuse customers in need ,I will never have you back on any of my properties..Roto- Rooter came out and fixed problem for $229. Steer clear of Rice plumbing in Baldwin County.Should and will be reported to BBB and word will get out about theses guys.

MATT SAVED THE DAY! We are local realtors and had a buyer under contract. The home inspector misidentified the plumbing as dura plex (bad plex). We scheduled an inspection by Rice Plumbing (which was FREE!) and Matt was able to correctly identify the home’s plumbing as “good pex”! We called three other plumbers and Rice was the only company willing to come out to inspect. (Did I mention it was FREE?!) If we had not gotten an opinion, Matt everyone involved would’ve lost–buyers, sellers, and both agents. Matt was able to ease our buyer’s concerns and he saved the deal for everyone!!! RICE WILL BE OUR GO TO PLUMBER FROM NOW ON!
