I called on a Monday afternoon with the little smell of gas around the water heater. She was very friendly and helpful. She worked me in for the next morning. Two guys came out and were friendly and fast. The truck was loaded with parts and looked like they could just about fix anything while they were there. I will use them again!!

I can not express how awesome and organized this plumbing business operates. David is the technician that has been helping me at the property that I manage and has been doing such a great job executing my plumbing issues with such dedication and diligence. I could not recommend a better plumbing service in all my 25 years of property management. 😊

This company came on time very quickly and did a great job. It was my fault I did not ask enough questions we were shocked at a $432 bill for putting a water regulator on that took 40 minutes. I was told they charge a minimum of 2 hours at $140 an hour on top of a $60 service charge. I just want you to know this before you make your decision. This might be the right choice for you, but you need to know all the facts.

This company had two trucks in Redmont Gardens/Mountainbrook earlier today. I was riding my bike (legally) and they shouted obscenities and flashed middle finger. Other pedestrians witness this act through English Village and shouted be kind etc. then said to me, “send me the pic of truck bc we never hire that company etc”. Dangerous and rude.

I emailed this company and told them what was going on, and the response of telling me that they don’t have time to come out and give estimates for service work. That is poor customer service as I work for a company for repairs and I would never tell someone we don’t have time, Thank you but I will take my business elsewhere

We have used D&N plumbing consistently for more than 8 years. They have completed just about every type of plumbing project imaginable, from leaking faucets to home remodels. Most recently, they worked us into a busy schedule, arriving just 30 minutes after my initial phone call and completing an installation within an hour. Nathan and his team of experts are very knowledgeable, and do their work efficiently and effectively, with great care and attention to detail. They communicate well. They are polite and friendly. And most importantly, they are honest! D&N plumbing has never disappointed!
