Im not one to leave bad reviews but I am super disappointed with The new owners of this place as they are not doing a great job. I even factored in new ownership to me waiting to put this review down as I know it’s a difficult transition but I am beyond irritated. I had my entire house sprayed last year as well as an inside job and paid $120. Didn’t have spiders for MONTHS. This year I asked my house shed and gazebo to be sprayed as well as the inside. Got charged over $260 and they didn’t spray my shed gazebo or inside the house. I also already have spiders when the spray is supposed to last 3 months. I tried getting my money back and they will only give me credit towards another service which I will NOT be doing as they didn’t do it right the first time and am already having spider issues. Very disappointed and won’t be using this company ever again. Even more irritated I can’t get my money refunded to me either since no one wants to email or call me back. Do better. For what I paid I should not be having spider issues.

Tyler’s first visit was in late June, when he put bait boxes around, outside of the house after a critter had eaten a hole in the siding. The critter is still living in an outer wall so we had Tyler come again today (July 15th). Today we also had him spray for silver fish. We asked him to take off his shoes before he came in but he went back for a pair of slip on booties, which seemed fine. After everything dried, we realized they’d been used (rather filthy, dirty) booties & our floors were a mess …

Can’t drive the speed limit. Maliciously driving under the speed limit in a no passing lane then speeds up in a passing lane. Obviously paid by the hour. Smug little boy driver today on JJ holding up traffic for a laugh. C Pest 7 license plate

I was very satisfied with this company from my first call to the last visit. They took their time to explain their services and pricing, and provided prompt service which was highly appreciated given the mice were giving me nightmares. My technician Nick was great; he was honest and informative, and cared about my concerns. Highly recommended for anyone seeking mice control.

Got quick responses both before and after service and they followed with checks multiple times to make sure the bees were gone. Even responded when I left a message on a weekend same day.
