A very annoying sales rep rolled up on a segway scooter at 8:35pm, rang the doorbell (Waking up my kids), and wouldn’t leave when I said I’m not interested. Highly recommend avoiding this company. The guy also parked in my garden… not on the walkway.

The constant harassment from this company is fantastic! If you really want the 5 star treatment, just tell them you’re not interested and they’ll turn on that charm. I guess NO doesn’t mean NO? Update: Twice in 1 day is not cool, not cool at all. This is a serious problem.

SCAM! Stay away. Services do not work. Pushy sales people. Make you pay for the service even if it never works. If in your agreement you state we are paying for a service and the service never works…then you aren’t fulfilling your part of the agreement. ZERO Stars!

A salesman rang our doorbell at 8:45 pm while we were putting our 3 year old to sleep. I tried to explain no thank you were putting our kid to sleep. The salesman was extremely rude telling me I don’t get it. I’ll never use your company because of the salesman who came through Thurows Golden View Estates in Oconomowoc.

Showed up at 8:20pm on a Friday evening to solicit services. Approached our home by talking to us through an open window. Became argumentative when I responded that we weren’t interested to the point that I needed to literally ask him to leave our property.

do not fallow rules service and sales member are rude and unprofessional. Going door to door in a non soliciting neighborhood. and knocked on my door with a big NO SOLICITING sign on the door next to the door bell he rang. and when asked to leave he said he can do what he wants. No local number to talk to anyone and all info is outsourced over seas to a call center who is not helpful. If they cant fallow this tiny rule and get upset when asked to leave what else are they doing wrong and will they do right and fix it or own up to it… i don’t think so. I would not use this company ever

Very nice man but came to door after 8 o’clock at night to pitch a sale. To me personally, that’s too late to come to someone’s door. What I also thought was strange was he didn’t have any business cards on him to hand out for future reference or anything. Maybe that should be the next step is making business cards so people can think about it and reach out if needed. We are very happy with our other company so we didn’t switch but just thought for improvements.

DONT USE THEM!!! I have used them for pest mitigation, including rodent. They did so bad that mice were not gone and a mouse buildt a nest in my lawn tracktor which led to a tracktor fire. Of course, they bailed. They do not stand behind their service or product. I learned a tough lesson. Dont waste your money.
