While I was not able to commit to purchasing these services at this time I would like to leave a 5 star rating. This is solely because of the salesperson, Lorenzo. He initially came while I was sleeping and my husband explained to him that we make decisions together. Lorenzo offered to come back the next day at a time that worked around our daughter’s practice times. He kept his word and came back. I wish we could have gotten the services offered but due to personal reasons we could not. He was a great salesman, listener, and overall a wonderful person. There were no hard feelings about us saying no and the interaction was positive and never awkward. If I could hand pick a salesman, it would have been him. Thank you for a positive experience Lorenzo! I hope Rove finds more employees like you!

The came to my house twice in one day trying to get us to buy… one time was a 8:30 at freaking night. I wouldn’t give these guys my ex-wifes money let alone mine.

Our tech was Linda. She was kind and respectful of my time. She did a great job clearing spider webs and wasps nests. She is thorough and quick. She especially made sure she sprayed the back yard for ticks. this is our first treatment- will update my review as needed.

I just signed up for the service on Thursday and when I got home from work on Friday there was a card on my front door informing me of the treatment starting, very quick response I was happy to see that it started so quickly

Linda S was just here to service my yard because I have a dog that’s very protective. She came in quietly. Let us know before hand that she was coming Went about her job Plus she did her work in the rain! very much appreciate it thank you.

Salesman came and would not take no for an answer. Told me about all my neighbors who had signed. To say I was skeptical would be an under statement. In the end I politely told him he could talk all day and I’m not signing up. He even said if I signed up and got rid of all the spiders my wife might give me a bj. Sent him packing.
