Living in apartments in Milwaukee I’ve unfortunately had to have my apartment sprayed for bugs numerous times, I’ve dealt with numerous exterminators from big companies and small ones, Zoran was easily the best I’ve dealt with, he was the most thorough, knowledgeable and honest. A very respectable person id recommend to anyone who wants a good honest exterminator!!!

So glad I found Zoran and James with Bug Masters! They both are courteous, responsive, timely, thorough, and just an all-around great professionals to work with. We have lots of large, mature trees surrounding the house that attract spiders, we couldn’t even enjoy our patio area because of them. After one visit, poof! ALL the spiders were gone. Zoran and James really know their stuff and don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. And if there any more problems following the service, just let them know and they will come back to take care of it at no charge – we didn’t even need to do this though, the problem was fixed after the first visit! But it’s nice to know the guarantee is there if we ever need it. It’s rare to find such an honest service provider these days; you can tell they take great pride in getting results for their clients and truly care about the outcome. I’ve already recommended them to several friends and family, their service is far superior to the big name/chain companies that try to push you to sign contracts and convince you that the house needs to be treated every month. Once or twice annual visit from Bug Masters is all you need to have a spider/insect-free home and yard. I will never go to anyone else, thank you so much Zoran and James!!

James was nothing but amazing! He was on top of communication and extremely courteous. He went above and beyond for our family in our time of need. He’s very efficient and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions when the other companies wouldn’t. I would hire him again in the future for any pest problems. I had wasp in siding of house called on Saturday morning I was given quote over the phone he came out same day by that night there were no more wasps. Would highly recommend this business.
