We’ve been using Ally Pest Management at our former business (a restaurant) and at our home for years. They’re always very professional, punctual, and most importantly effective! And Mark, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and informative. We learned of them through word of mouth and want to share our positive experiences with someone who may be needing a professional pest management company.

I had the pleasure of working with Eli, and I wanted to take a moment to commend his exceptional professionalism, expertise, and dedication. Eli demonstrated a deep understanding of his craft and a genuine commitment to resolving our pest issues. His knowledge of different pests, their behavior, and effective treatment methods was evident throughout the entire process. Eli’s attention to detail was remarkable. He thoroughly inspected the premises, identifying areas of concern and explaining the steps he would take to address the problem. His explanations were clear, concise, and easy to understand, which helped alleviate any concerns or questions we had. What truly impressed me about Eli was his strong work ethic and his genuine concern for customer satisfaction. Just had a scary experience on the road involving one of the employees of this company (license plate C43919N). Extreme tailgating, swerving, honking at both me and other drivers, driving well over the speed limit through neighborhoods where kids are getting out of school. I hoped this was a one-off event, but after looking at some of these reviews, it seems to be an ongoing problem. Someone is going to get hurt. This person’s driving is truly dangerous.

Mark came out and took care of an ant problem around our deck and leading into the kitchen and as well as some kind of nightmare rodent that had taken up residence underneath the house. He identified a few problem areas and gave us some good advice to protect against future problems.

Ally Pest Management (APM) is simply the best and my go-to pest control company. Business is upfront with no hoops and loops and/or magic tricks. APM is super fair with pricing and service. I can’t go without mentioning that APM does not require you to sign a contract. The owner is extremely intelligent and can solve any pest issue.

We called Ally Pest Management after noticing ants in the kitchen. Mark came out and educated us not just on ants but other common bugs that we could see around the house. He set up a system that took care of our ant problem quickly and even had time to check our crawlspace for rodents. Ally Pest has been serving our 40,000 square foot office building in downtown Vancouver for six years now and they continuously do an excellent job. Whenever there is an issue of pest infestation (we’ve had bee’s, ants, and mice), they are always quick to respond and the problem dealt with efficiently and effectively.
