Ben at Crosstown does a great job and always responds to special needs. Ben’s a great communicator and I always know when he’s arrived and done. Ben always asks if we need anything specific to be done.

These guys are great! They scheduled me in one day and considered the weather. They did not want to spray and have rain wash it all away. They were informative and professional. Took his boots off to come inside, explained all services thoroughly, reasonable costs and no contracts. I cannot say enough about them. Just a great group!

This company has been doing my pest control. They do a great job and are reasonable. They let me know when they are coming and are always on time. I’ve used them for a few years now. Plus they got rid of the mice I had one year!

Updated review- 5.24.24- Joe always does a great Job! I have 2 nosey dogs and he is always careful to not let them out when he goes to my backyard to spray and even though they bark and harrass him he knows how to handle them and act around them. Super Happy with their service and have had no further mice sightings except when the cat finds them first and brings them home! Thank You Joe and Crosstown- Joe arrived on time, was very happy to crawl up a ladder into my attic and found where I apparently have mice coming in! He gave his expert advice and offered what I consider an affordable plan to mitigate the problem- mice are gross and destructive! We will see now in time if the plan will be effective. I am hopeful and he made me a follow up appointment and will be back next week to check .. to be continued
