My fiance and I just recently moved into our new home and found rat droppings in the garage. We called Bugnation and Jay said he was able to come by and take a look a few hours later. Not only did Jay do an incredibly thorough inspection and treatment, but educated us on exactly what to look for and how often our house would need treatment. I was supposed to host a party in my back yard and I discovered a giant yellow jacket nest hours before my guests arrived. Jay was super responsive, fast, and knowledgeable. He took care of the nest immediately using top of the line/safe techniques and my party was back on track. I strongly recommend Bugnation and will use them again!

Really good and thorough work. Very responsive, polite and professional. Really appeared to know his stuff. Was the first to get back to me when needed a quote and I liked the hours he provided. I just asked for a preventative treatment but during his inspection he found carpenter ants, thatcher ants, and yellow jackets IN MY HOUSE. Thank goodness I asked him to come! Would recommend unreservedly.

Jay was the second exterminator we contacted and we wish he was the first. We had a mouse problem and after he serviced our property, we haven’t had a problem since! We have him come every other month to check and refill bait stations. He is always prompt and leaves detailed notes in the invoice. Consider hiring Jay for your pest removal. He really is great.

Located in the middle of the city, my workplace needs regular rodent maintenance. I knew him from my previous employment and I can say he’s a genuine hard worker. Asked him to help remove hornets from my backyard and they haven’t been back since. Later he came by to put up some mesh to stop birds from getting into the attic. I would recommend his services to anybody

I trust Jay and his team with all my bug needs. He wiped out our big spider problem fast (and it was a big one) I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Jay’s attention and time on our property. Highly recommend!
