After a very harrowing experience of getting multiple stings from Yellowjackets in my yard (they’d chosen our side garden ferns as their primary residence), I called Paratex and Sarah listened to my situation with care and got me on schedule very swiftly. Their skilled exterminator John came out, explained to me both the behavior of the pest and in clear terms what his treatment for them would be and swiftly and efficiently when about Safely treating the site. It’s been a few days and I have not seen a single yellow jacket and now feel safe to bring my family back into our yard. A+++! I won’t hesitate to call Paratex for any pest issue in the future and give my highest recommendation.

Ray has been amazing so far. We reached out to Ray after a year with Orkin and maybe 6 months with another pest company. We arranged to have Ray come out twice a month to treat our rental property (triplex) for ants. Tenants have moved out because the ant problem was so bad. We just had our first tenants move into a unit last month and so far no complaints for ants. Will update around October to let you all know how things are going. So far, 5 star service!

Cassandra has been our W. Seattle contact for a couple of years now. Because of all the construction, ants and rodents have been on the prowl. She gives great practical advice: seal the gaps with caulk and screens, ask neighbors to stop feeding birds and squirrels peanuts (food brings rats too). She gives other fun facts about urban wildlife and seems genuinely curious about what we see. Glad she is part of W. Seattle.

Call them on Thursday because the person that normally comes to our house is on maternity leave and we couldn’t understand the phone number for the new one. So I talked to one of the ladies in the office and she was awesome and they had someone out to us the following Monday very happy with the service

Cassandra takes care of my elderly mother’s home in West Seattle year round, keeping it pest free in her friendly, considerate manner; she always calls the day before to let Mom know she’s coming. I’m convinced that West Seattle is built on a giant ant hill, but Cassandra manages to keep it free of ants, too!
