We had service from a well-known, large pesticide company when we were living in Kirkland. It was OK, but when we moved to an old lake house two years ago, I wanted to change the service. There were so many spiders, flies, and even wasps. Since our daughter has allergies and also has arachnophobia, it’s very important for us not to be left with even one spider. We needed to find someone who works with organic, non-allergenic solutions. I found Be Gone Pest Solutions. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to be that good. They provided excellent service and even mentioned that if we saw any spiders or other pests, they would come back and check again. Sam is a very friendly and accommodating person, now our family pesticide guy since that day. 🙂 Whenever we need him, he’s just a phone call away and always makes time for us. I am so glad that we found them, so we can enjoy the bug-free view. 🙂

We had digger bees and tried every internet solution we could find and could not get rid of them. I was skeptical when Be Gone said they could and would get rid of them and if not they would come back and re-treat. I waited for a month before I’m posting my review. The bees have not returned. We are happy with service, price and being able to schedule a convenient time soon.

Sam is amazing! I’m a property manager at an AirBnB with multiple properties. We received a message that one guest heard noise in the attic then went to use the grill and a live rat was in there. I got a hold of Sam and he was able to come out almost instantly to tackle the problem. He was beyond professional, answered all our questions and got right to work, sealing up all the entryways in the attic and under the house! His methods are fantastic. He didn’t spray anything poisonous, giving us peace of mind that our guests, their children and pets will be completely safe. 1000% recommend! Thank you Sam

We’ve been trapping rats for over a year, but they always return. We needed serious Pro rodent control. We had other guys do rodent inspections, but they found no entry points or waste. Then we called Sam, he was professional, considerate, and informed. He was on time, did a detailed inspection of the entire house. Wow! No other rodent company did as much work as Sam. He found entry in crawl and outside, chewed acorns, droppings hidden in insulation, all missed by others. Sam knows how to get results!! We absolutely trust and recommend Sam and Be Gone Pest Solutions to anyone with pest, insect, rodent, bug problems!

After trying two other exterminator companies to get rid of ants with no results, we came upon the excellent reviews for Sam. So we called him. And he called us back promptly, on a Sunday night. He treated our house a couple days later and within about a week we were ant free. When others made it seem difficult, he approached the problem with intelligence, ease, great communication and honesty. We will certainly be calling him back when in need of pest control.

Sam was responsive, patient, informative, and kind. He walked me through his entire process, the detail of which made me feel confident in his abilities. I hired Sam based on a good recommendation I received on Nextdoor, and will pay that forward that the next time I see a request on the forum. UPDATE: We Hired Sam again to take care of some ants and to shore up our crawlspace. He did an amazing job, as expected. We are very fortunate to have him as someone we trust!
