The service was totally “old school”, meaning: I called and the phone was answered after 3 rings. Service was provided same day, about 4 hrs after calling. Looks like the problem is solved. What more can a customer ask for?

They came out promptly, inspected our home, and explained everything clearly. After their treatment, the mice and outdoor sugar ants that wanted inside disappeared, and they even gave us tips to keep them away. I received three estimates and Bigfoot’s estimate was right in line with the three others, but the main reason I chose Bigfoot is because Elliot was more thorough than the other estimate inspectors. He found access points around my house that the others were not even aware of. I am also very happy with the work he did.

Elliot gave reasonable time windows he showed up within and was professional, friendly, and explained clearly in layman’s terms what he was doing and why. After calling several companies before going with his, I found his prices were competitive for the service I needed (carpenter ants). My infestation was pretty bad, but Elliot still came out multiple times and sent other workers (equally professional and friendly) to assist with treating my home. After a few treatments, I haven’t seen a single one of those nasty revolting little creatures inside over a week. Thanks for the great work Bigfoot Pest company! Would recommend to family and friends.

My new house had so many ants! I tried spraying all around the outside of the house but it didn’t do a thing to control them. I called Elliot at Bigfoot pest for help and he came right out and took care of the problem. What a relief! Elliot is knowledgeable and he seems to really care about his clients.
