Zach did a great job of analyzing the situation and taking the appropriate action to treat the wasp activity. He applied Dust-Tempo Dust and also PT-Fendona. He also answered all my questions and said he would come back if any wasp activity occurred after one week.

From day one, I have to say that this has been an amazing experience compared to other companies. We canceled Orkin due to their poor quality of service and terrible client relations. They constantly bombarded us with spam and wouldn’t cease when asked. I still received random texts even weeks after canceling. They were coldly unapologetic, to put it nicely! We had not had any type of pest service since April/May, so we had a large onslaught of summer gnats, mosquitoes, and other “hungry” biting bugs. Zack of GoodMonsters is delightful to speak with, very knowledgeable, and helped us make important choices about choosing the greenest and least torturous options for property treatment. He was efficient and thorough, able to engage well while also working completely autonomously. He was very kind and understanding about our concerns for our animals and the wildlife. He is good at communicating and texted us that he was ahead of schedule and could arrive early if we wanted. Just top-tier service. We opted not to use any poisons or traps for rodents because all of the options are brutal. Living on a green belt/wetland preserve has made us more aware of our direct responsibility to the wildlife, especially the larger animals that survive on the smaller prey animals in our ecosystem. We are looking forward to a much calmer summer now and absolutely recommend GoodMonsters. We feel we made the right choice for pest control.

These guys are super knowledgeable and fair. They took the time to address several problems and offered less harmful sprays that could be used around my veggie gardens, pets, and family. They identified what I thought were carpenter bees as being Mason bees, which are actually beneficial!

July 10, 2024 update: I met Ricky today. Like all your emplyees I’ve worked with, Ricky was awesome! He was super friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a thorough walk through with me and then he checked all traps and bait stations, replacing baits as needed, found one mouse in a trap under the house which he removed and reset the trap. He was very thorough at removing all the bee/hornet nests and sprayed those that were wedged under roofing area. He did a great job spraying all the way around my place at the bottom, around all eves, under the small deck cover, and around all doors and windows. He was very aware of my dog and made sure gates were closed behind him. He offered to wear shoe covers which I denied as it wasn’t necessary but I appreciated the offer to do so. Overall I’d give him 5+ stars and I’m looking forward to working with him again. Big thanks and kudo’s to Ricky! Nov 20 2023 update: I’ve been with Good Monsters for 11 months now and I’m still pest free. Today I added bug service to my plan and Zak came out to service my home. He’s truly great! Efficient, professional, thorough, friendly, and a good worker. He took time to explain the bug process, sprayed more areas than I expected and remembered where every trap and bait station was even though he hasn’t been here since January. Always a pleasure doing business with these folks. Not having a single rodent while living in a farm area on acreage is practically unheard of. I can’t recommend them enough. Kudo’s to Zak for a job well done and thank you to Good Monsters for hiring such good people. July 2023: Ryan, like all of your techs I’ve worked with was great! This is the second time in a row he’s serviced my place and he’s always very friendly, courteous, and professional. I appreciated the time he spent answering questions and explaining what was going on. He crawled under the house and even remembered to turn off the lights under there which isn’t an obvious thing to see and most people forget. He was aware of my dogs and took special care to make sure gates were closed as he entered and left a gated area. He showed me where bugs and especially slugs have been eating some of the bait from the bait stations. He checked all traps and added fresh bait where needed and he replaced blocks in the bait stations. Ryan was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him and Good Monsters in general for anyone needing competent pest control. I’ve now been pest free since starting with you guys back in January when rats ate through my pipes in several places costing over $1,000 to repair not to mention going days without water. Living on acreage with mice, rats, moles, rabbits, etc. all around me, it’s amazing that you have been able to keep them out of my house. Kudos to all and an extra big thanks to Ryan today.

I called Good Monsters to remove a large wasps’ nest. They were very friendly and informative on the phone and I was able to get an appointment the same week. Zach was also really friendly and efficient. A very pleasant and helpful experience all around. Thank you!
