Technician Ken reported to my home at 8am (8-10am window) ready to answer every question I had. I never expected such an early response, it was great! Unfortunately I very recently was laid off due to Covid, so I had to decline the contract for service. Even so, Ken was still able to answer all of my questions very professionally and explain a few tips as well. I will definitely be contacting this company in the near future when I am able to!

We’ve been working with Croach for a few years now and the service quality is pretty good. For the past year or so, Randy Myers has been our service specialist and he takes care of everything, is always available for our questions and requests.

Carpenter ants: I made an appointment for an estimate on a perimeter spray for carpenter ants. A person from Croach came out to do an inspection and give an estimate. I signed their contract and we made an appointment for the first spray to be done. Then I got a call the day before saying that they no longer will treat for Carpenter Ants. Why they didn’t tell me this earlier in the process, I don’t know. It was a waste of my time and theirs.
