On time. Friendly. Knowledgeable. I called and setup an appointment with Pepper who was courteous and professional. She told me a date and time of when Drew was able to get out to address my wasp issue. He arrived on time and we discussed the issues I was having. During our discussion Drew explained to me the type of wasp that I was dealing with and what my options were, leving the decisions to me. He explained the type of wasps that I had in my attic weren’t doing anything that I really needed to be greatly concerned about. He said that he could get geared up and treat the area, however I would probably have the same experience next year. He further explained that I could fix the issue by closing their access point during the winter months when the wasps were dormant. Basically he saved me hundreds of dollars by telling me that this type of wasp, however very aggressive looking are for the most part docile and the nests are relatively small, (15-20 at the most). And I could fix the issue myself. I appreciate his integrity and honesty. These traits are rare these days.

So, I had a bee issue in my front yard. My first call was to surefire (I had used them before), but they weren’t available. Their message said they were short staffed & to text them my info. After a couple of hours, i called around. I wasn’t happy with the (put your credit card on file & we’ll charge it when we’re done). The next day, Surefire texted back & apologized for being out of town. I quickly canceled my other appointment & had them come out. Drew was so excited to see the bees in my yard. Almost like an excited little boy. It’s obvious he’s fascinated with bees! Even though he didn’t find a nest, I wasn’t charged. Unbelievable!! Even their prices were a lot lower than the competitions. They were professional, kind & well worth the call. Tops in my book & top of my phone contacts!

Drew was so helpful and easy to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything pest and rodent related to us. Would definitely recommend Surefire Pest Solutions!

I have been a customer of Surefire for 6 years. Definitely the best among the pest control companies that I have used. Their technicians were definitely more knowledgeable, personable, customer centric, and detail oriented than other companies I had used which I felt had become complacent. They found several issues with intrusion that had perplexed technicians from other companies. The customer service when I called them was always top notch and attentive, and they quickly addressed issues with ants and a wasp nest that I had. Their billing and communication were clear and professional. Will definitely keep using them. They know how to run a quality business.

Drew and Pepper were both fantastic. From my first email reaching out for help with out rats in the crawl space, they were prompt, communicative and effective. They came out, sealed up some access points to the crawl space, and took some preventive measures to keep the rats away. Very pleased with their services! Highly recommend.

Excellent family run business. They have serviced our properties for 5 years in two locations. They quickly identified where mice were getting into our crawl space and immediately remedied the issue. Great communication, service, and reasonable prices.

Drew came out and addressed our concerns of what we thought was a mouse/rat problem and explained it was actually bats and explained how we can fix the problem ourselves if we so wished. He was a really nice guy with loads of knowledge and information. I am so happy we called Surefire Pest Solutions before anyone else.
