The technician, Chris, was amazing. Very knowledgeable and respectful. The company itself said they would charge me the $414.15 on the day of service, then they charged the day of I got off the phone—a week early before I had even seen a technician. I called to make sure this was a real business and not a scam. I was assured it’s a real business. And was happy when the technician came out. He did a great job. Then I was charged again, without receiving a receipt or notification, another $414.15, for maintenance that I had explicitly stated from day 1, that I didn’t want. And now I I’m told I have to wait 3-5 business days to hear if the refund is approved. And then at least 7 days to receive the refund.

Your representative, Chris, always lets me know he is here, and since I have rentals in the area, he will give a brief update if needed on those also. I have a dog and he is careful around my dog’s fenced in area. Very nice, professional rep of your company.

I wasn’t home. It is too hard to delay the schedule when notification came while out of town. This should be a simple text procedure. Not calling a number.

Scheduled an Estimate, a week prior and on the day of appointment they never showed up or called. I actually had to call them twice to find out. First time I called they promised to call back with the new approximate time (11AM was the appt time, it was now 12:05), I called back and hour and half later because no one called me just to be told it was canceled.
