We used other exterminators but My Exterminator was the best price for excellent quality. We hired them because of large rats gathering under the bird feeders. My Exterminator got rid of the rats, using a product that was safe for our dogs. Three years ago, I told their technician, Corey Wright, about a scary invasion of spiders in the backyard and garage. He went on a mission to get rid of them and provided me a detailed report. They started to come back last year and once again he successfully got rid of them. This year I told Corey about bug activity on the side of the house and he found a large ant colony under the bushes and wasp nests in the ground. He took care of it that day. I have another company doing the termite inspection because of a long-standing contract, and that company tried to get my business for the spiders, etc. but there is no way I will give up Corey’s responsiveness. For a good price, this company provides the best service, largely because of the dedication of its employees (including Melissa, who answers the phone).

These people are great! They know what they’re doing, they respect my home, and they’re so nice! We had a horrific Roach problem and in 2 visits they were almost unnoticeable. Still currently using their services. Highly recommend!
