We have chipmunks living in our basement ceiling. Blake’s Pest Control sent two representatives across four visits two weeks apart from each other and the one and only thing they tried was rodent bait stations. Come to find out, rodent bait (i.e. poison) does not work on chipmunks as they ignore it. On visit #1 the representative even said our issue is likely chipmunks and not rats. Why they continued to try using rodent bait two more times after discovering it was ignored is beyond me. I would’ve expected an experienced, professional exterminator would be able to determine more than I was able to figure out after 10 minutes of Google searching. I also didn’t care for the professional I hired telling me I should buy and use snap traps myself. The best part is, the chipmunks are still there. We eventually had to cut a hole in our ceiling and clean out all of the mess these rodents made yourselves and we still have the issue. I’m not exactly sure what my $250 got me. I do have the option to have them come out for future issues for $40 each. I’m not sure what my incentive is to give them more money to not solve my problem though.

I wouldn’t use another company for any of my needs. A few years back I noticed termites by my back door and was in a panic. I called this company and they immediately came out. I have used them ever since. They have gone above and beyond for my family with all my crazy requests. They do not skimp on the products they use. Some companies that I have used in the past really don’t cover all the areas that you’re paying for. I definitely would recommend them if you’re looking for any spray treatments for ants and pests at the beginning of the year.

I hired Blake’s pest control to come out to my rental property. Unfortunately, the tenants didn’t hear the doorbell and so didn’t answer the door for two different appointments. Two! Blake’s Pest control still worked with me and sent someone out a third time. They were very understanding and patient.

Blake Pest Control has done an outstanding job for us for more than fifteen years. Bob and his team are the most responsible and conscientious service professionals we work with in all of Port St. Lucie. He is always a pleasure with whom to work. As our permanent home is out of state, Bob goes out of his way to inspect our property to ensure all Is well (he even texts photos to complement his comments!), and has even alerted us to problems that have absolutely nothing to do with his services whatsoever. His prices are certainly more than reasonable, and his inspections are always at the appointed intervals. We unequivocally give Bob Blake Pest Control the highest recommendation!
