Our technician, Amanda Mitchem, left the most complete statement of what she found and what solutions she employed of any Dodson tech we’ve had in the 23 years we’ve owned the property. And in thinking about that, I can extend that to any pest control tech we’ve ever had at any house we’ve owned. Keep up the excellent work!

Garrett always calls the day before to let us know he is coming. Always helpful and very easy to deal with. When we have additional problems Garrett schedules his arrival within the next 24 hours. We were very sorry to hear that Garrett had left the company. But somehow a new tech arrived and stepped right into Garrett’s shoes. No break in the quality of service. Thank you.

I cancelled them after about a year of their service and weeks after I cancelled them they came and did a service. I wasn’t home so I had no idea until I received the bill. I called and told the lady who worked there and she advised not to worry about the bill… she saw I had cancelled and it was their mistake. I continued to get the bill every single month… and I had to call them every single month and everytime the lady said don’t worry I have it updated.. you don’t owe it. Then 6 months later they send me to collections. I have never been sent to collections in my life! What a joke of a company…They can’t even keep their records straight! Do NOT use this company!!!!

So glad to have found Dodson Pest Control in a stroke of great luck — I happened to meet Mr. Ryan Caison while Dodson was working on a neighbor’s cabin near mine in Edinburg, and he took his time to answer all my questions about pest control. I decided to call him to schedule a first-ever inspection for my 75-year-old family cabin and it turned out that I what I thought was water rot on the exterior was actually termite damage! Ryan was prompt and professional in every aspect, from returning my calls to keeping me apprised of a minor time change for his visit. He even did a ton of research on my behalf to find a local contractor who can repair the half-slab wood siding that he didn’t have to do. I especially appreciate how attentive Ryan was to the unique aspects of the property, including being very close to a waterway, when putting together a treatment plan and explaining his suggestions. I’m delighted to have found Dodson to help preserve my cabin for decades to come, and it wouldn’t have happened without him. Huge thanks to Ryan Caison, he’s an amazing asset to Dodson’s business and I look forward to working with him!

Our company has used Dodson for many years. I have dealt with Vince, Tim, and Amber. All have been very professional. Amber has been our technician for the last 4 years. In this time I have gotten to know her pretty well. I can see that she enjoys her job and is very knowledgeable. If ever she does not have an answer for something, she will get the answer. She always shows up when she says she will and conducts herself in a professional manner. We are very pleased with Dodson for our pest control and Amber as our technician.
