This is our first year with Mosquito Joe. Our property sits on the water and the mosquitoes have been a huge challenge for us. These guys have been fantastic in their efforts to eliminate the mosquitoes. Toddrell is great! During our last application, I mentioned that while significantly improved, they are still an issue. He took the time to explain the different alternative solutions available to try next time and moved the traps closer to the water. I appreciate his knowledge, his time, and effort to ensure that our family can enjoy the outdoors this summer.

Hired Mosquito Joe to do spray and traps. Upon first visit, no traps were placed. Had to email them and wait a week for a response about the traps. Asked them to do a re-spray bc there were lots of mosquitoes still, but after this second visit, still no traps. Had to ask them to come place them AGAIN. On third visit, traps were placed. Great. They surprise auto-enrolled us and surprised us with another visit. Will not be using them again, I prefer services like this to be transparent. Do not require perfection but would appreciate competence and effective communication.
