the technition notified us he was here and went right to work. When he moved to the back yard i told him about our ant and roach problems and he explained what he would be doing. Outsanding service!!!!

We have used Back Bay Pest for years. Initially their services were excellent. Unfortunately over the years, there has been a steady decline in the quality of service. The exterior cleaning of webs and dead pests has become very poor. I was present for the last exterior visit and the technician stayed for less than 15 minutes. When checking his work, there were spider webs in easily accessible areas such as deck railings and lower soffits and gutters. The front entrance way looked as if it was not even done. Upper areas of the house appeared not to be attended to. I called and told the company of the poor work. I was told this would be added to my ticket . I had assumed that a technician would come by to remedy the situation. None has arrived. I have hired a new service and will be cancelling Back Bay Pest services.

Needed an estimate for a rat problem and Jon Church gladly provided me with a breakdown on what all needed to be done to eleviate the issue. He was very thorough and was prompt with an estimate. Friendly and funny not to mention very informative! I highly recommend Back Bay Pest for any related issues!

First called Back Bay Pest when I heard noises in the attic. Graham came to my house and spent a long time evaluating the situation. He explained everything carefully and made suggestions, did not try to talk me into anything!! Then James was assigned to seal my entire house. James was unbelievable. He worked not stop for two half days at my house. He never took one break. He sealed house completely and when I asked him to seal one more area, he said “no problem.” He probably is one of the best technicians. Now several weeks later, problem is solved and I know I selected the right company for the job.

The BACK BAY PEST & MOSQUITO technician, Jared , arrived on time and along with an assistant provided termite treatment to my house w/attached garage and a separate garage. They performed the work quickly and efficiently and were very courteous and personable. Recommend them for any pest contrtol work needed.
