I have been contracted with Alexandria Pesst for over 6 years in Fairfax County and now in Prince William County. They do exceptional work, above and beyond services needed. They are respectful, trust worthy, timely, courteous, professional, proficient and reasonably priced. They care for all your needs. It’s the best company that has ever been in my homes.

I want to take the time to commend the exceptional customer service received by your inspector, Alan Riel. He visited my property to inspect my attic for two bird nests, and a possible bat. Not only did he provide a thorough inspection, but went above and beyond to make other recommendations of things that needed repair on the exterior of the house. Things that I wasn’t aware of or would have known to look for. He took the time to make follow-up calls after hours after the two gentlemen that came to remove the birds nest left. Alan showed genuine care and concern after I expressed my anxiety and fear to think that a bat was in my attic! I am also extremely grateful to Ms. Nancy, office manager, for accommodating me on a Saturday for the majority of the work to be performed so I wouldn’t miss an entire day of work. Thanks Alexandria Pest Services!

I want to give a positive, commentary remarks to your Lead Inspector, Allan Riel, for his valuable knowledge and expertise towards assisting me with recommendations on how I can make improvements on my closed-in basement to barrier and fend off pest-control incidents that surrounds my home environment. Mr. Riel visitied my home in early September 2023 for a home inspection appointment and indicated areas in my basement that I can improve with available home remedy products purchased from Lowe’s Home Improvement Store. Since I purchased these home remedies and followed Mr. Riel’s instructions, I have not seen nor noticed any pest control incidents in over two weeks. I hope this is the begining of a free, and pleasant home environment for me going into this Fall Season without any issues nor problems. I am very appreciative for the advice and assistance from your Lead Inspector since I encountered these problems since Fall season of 2022 and want to express my commendation for the excellant work that he has advised for my residence.

We had a flea problem, but I was able to knock ‘em out. Just wanted a confirmation and ALLAN came to take a look. After a thorough search , he didn’t see anything. I’m very thankful for his honesty and time he took during my free inspection. If I have any other pest problems I will definitely contact you guys again.

Before an appointment is scheduled, ALEX PEST should explain options and abilities. Waited a week for appt only to be told at time of visit they can’t handle.
