Shout out to Critter Authority for freeing our vents of the remnants of the bird family that recently nested and had babies in the kids’ upstairs bathroom vent. This company was super responsive, informative, and punctual. The office girls were the sweetest and the bro combo of Tim and Carl were nothing but professional!!! Hit them up if the birds near your home are smarter than you ever thought possible 🤣🤣🤣

We had the best experience with Critter Authority. We had a raccoon in our attic and Tim and Carl were fantastic. It took a lot of patience from both of them as well and my husband and I because our raccoon was difficult to catch but we finally got him. We learned so much in the process too as Tim and Carl are extremely knowledgeable about all things wildlife. We cannot thank you guys enough!!

We had a racoon in our attic, these guys came out, trapped it, repaired the area he came in through and sanitized the attic. These guys are awesome and do things the right way. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else if I had it happen again.

We have had the most fantastic experience with Critter Authority. They truly went above and beyond in helping us to manage a situation with destructive animals at our home. Their communication was timely, straightforward, and totally professional. They are clearly care for homeowners and work to do a thorough and humane job. Great experience with these guys. They are professional, provide clear, up front estimates (and stick to them!) The guys set clear expecations about the process, timing, potential outcomes, and how they would mitigate any issues with other outcomes. Highly recommend them.

Great customer service, Tim and Carl both explained everything that was going to be happening with the animal control Service. Very knowledgeable and humane relocation of the animals. I would definitely recommend this company.
