STAY AWAY! Very unprofessional ghetto company that should be shut down. Buyers Beware – Fox Pest Control company is a scam. I wish I could give zero stars. After paying them $70 a month for their technicians to literally spend less than 10 minutes here 4 x per year (for 2 years) they continue to charge me (after 2 year contract ended). Then threaten to send me to collections. I’m also almost positive that they fraudulently used my credit card to make purchases online since each time I updated my card info there were suddenly charges I did not make. I will be reporting them to bbb and contacting an attorney next for the fraudulent charges. Oh and their “pest control” did nothing to help with any insects. They are con artist and a scam company.

Our technician is Angela and she is great!! She listens to the problems I’m seeing and does a fantastic job at treating our problem areas! I appreciate Fox always sending her. In the past I have often had multiple technicians and would constantly have to restate problem areas. Angela always remembers!

Always good to have the local Fox Pest Team. The job is done thorough and is you are not happy, they will come back, no questions ask. The only problem and the lower review is the Customer Service Center. Unfortunately, when you call for service, you will be transfered to a call center in Utah. Sadly, they can’t handle volume of new customers meaning the current customer has to pay. Many times over the past two years, I have been on long holds, calls not returned, request additional service taking extendied periods of time. Fox Pest Control really needs to step it up here; there no use in having great service, if you can’t get in touch with a local pest control to do the work

I have been using Fox pest control since 2016 and have been extremely satisfied and have recommended to many friends!! Brent Phields has been my technician since last year and he is knowledgeable ,thorough and makes sure I’m on top of anything I need to know about!! My mother ,Mary Webb who is also a customer and has her house treated by Brent, raves about him and the time he takes to explain things to her! Very satisfied!
