I had a technician come out to my house to exterminate pests. The technician suggested that I have a termite service done for $900. I called another exterminating service for a second opinion and come to find out, we have no termites. I am so glad I called for a second opinion, I would have been out $900 for nothing. Shady practices.

TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR PROPERTY! GO TO ANY EXTERMINATOR BUT COLONIAL! YOU WILL SAVE TIME AND MONEY I have been a customer for years and dealt with multiple scheduling adjustments to suit the company’s needs. Yet, an appointment was scheduled for a pest control estimate and potential treatment day of. They tried canceling on the day of. The technician refused to answer phone call from customer knowing the customer was running behind, and still left the property at the appointment time of 4:30pm stating he got to the property 30 minutes early without customer approval. The customerThey hung up on me when I asked what happened, refused to allow me to speak to management, and then proceeded to switch their phone line to state they were closed prior to closing. It makes a customer question the company’s professionalism and quality of work and service.

Terrible customer service and communication. Went to them based on a recommendation from a family member. I took off work 3 times for them to just cancel 30 minutes prior to my service. They also messed up billing, trying to charge for services that were not completed. Took multiple phone calls to get it fixed and they acted like I was the problem. We canceled future services with them. Would never recommend

We had an appointment and they didn’t even bother calling or showing up today…A call indicating they were running late or not coming would have been great….we stayed home for an additional 30 mins and also called..no one was even in the office to speak to. So inconsiderate.

We have been customers for several years and have always had the best service and great value and quality, our service tech his name is Ray… An awesome worker and a professional, respectable attitude… Wish there were more people like him in the world today

Changed my rating and review due to the way the new paperless system is going! Not only paperless, but totally customer service”less!” On top of that, the way the Office Manager treated me when she FINALLY called me, I want to change it to a negative number! I requested a call back because the appointment call said something I didn’t agree with about the treatment. I never got a call back or confirmation about what they were scheduled to do. Then because the paperless system, after the service I get no receipt for the payment, had to sign a blank phone page agreeing to god knows what, (LAST TIME I WILL EVER DO THAT!), just a system with a total disregard for the customer! The technician was ok, it’s all down to the office not doing their part, and their system having you sign blank blocks! The day after the service, because I commented in their system, the Office Manager called me. 1. Talked to me like I was below her and it was paining her to lower herself to my level to tell me off. 2. Didn’t even attempt to explain anything, started the conversation off with “You need to understand, we ARE going paperless, and we didn’t call you back because we have no idea where you left a message. Next time, try calling our office.” I explained I left the message where YOUR message told me to call, the same number that the system called from. This is where she cut me off TELLING me “Like I said you need to call the office! I have no idea what that message says, but that isn’t right!” Was I supposed to know? 3. She tells me: “The message might say one thing but we are going to treat where you ask us to treat!” Ma’am, all I can go by is what the message says, if your system is wrong or misleading, that is on you, NOT ME. Then she interrupts me again, this is actually about the 5th time and I have already said once “OK, I will shut up so you can tell me what you have to say rather than listening to me.” Her reply was OK and talked, not even listening enough to understand what I just said. She might be a manager and have a few people underneath her, I used to have 77 people under me and was responsible for a flightline of 22 aircraft worth $36 Million each, but I am sorry to say, I DO NOT WORK FOR YOU, I WOULD NOT WORK FOR YOU, AND I CAN SEE WHY YOU ARE SHORT STAFFED! Treat me like you want to be treated, or I will treat you how you act!!!
