Great attitude and service when on the phone. The issues is….this is the 2nd time they said they would call me back to discuss services. I never hear back from them. Hoping i can find another service company in the area. *****Update, I appreciate the owner responding to my review. Taking ownership of customer service is one of the most important responsibilities in business.

Would have gave them more stars, but this one employee, an older gentleman, told lies to the property manager where I live and he wasn’t too professional. He was more concerned about what was on TV instead of doing his job, and we still have pests!

We arranged for National Exterminator to treat an elderly relative’s house that was infested with roaches in all the rooms. Their technician was very thoughtful and understanding of the situation and did a comprehensive evaluation and treatment. Due to our (probably unreasonable) expectations, he returned after two weeks and applied additional treatments (at no additional cost!). After 5 months of regular treatments and dwindling infestations, the house is bug-free. The regular technician comes monthly, on time and is completely professional and effective. We feel extremely lucky to have found National Exterminators and will continue to have them keep the house treated.
