Actually , I would have gave Rule Bacalso a 10 star , he was always very respectful and professional , he always responded fast to any questions or concerns for my pets TRULY!! Happy to have him for terminix if you’re looking for someone who’s reliable then Rule is your man. I don’t usually write about people on here but sometimes it’s worth taking that time so that everyone gets a chance to have the customer service that you pay for in my experience now day’s it’s RARE to get great customer service anywhere.

My Terminix technician, Npha, always do an exceptional job, for us, in helping us to control any type of pest, rodent, or insect population! He listens to our problems, if we have any, pertaining to insects and rodents, and then he vigorously attacks the issue, to help us rid ourselves of any type of invasion from them! We used to have problems with lizards invading our basement, but now between him and our Terminix Analyst, that came out and made an assessment of the situation, we have not seen a lizard in almost 2 months! To Npha, I want to say thank you again, as I always do, for a job well done! Keep up the good work and we appreciate it!
