I would not recommend this company. They don’t really care about their customers and getting the job done. A lot of times they don’t even show up when they’re supposed to. Don’t waste your money and go somewhere else.

The technician, Oscar Alvarado was excellent. He communicated well during the process, was punctual, courteous, professional and got rid of my large roach infestation in two applications. I was very pleased with his services and the bugs are gone!

Dodson Brothers have been very good to us – especially Chris and Jerome! Chris came and took out a Bald Faced Hornet nest the size of a soccer ball single handed and when the buggers found a new queen and started an apple size next in 2 days, came and took that one out as well!! Don’t wait – their nests grow fast! Thank you Chris!

I have had this company coming to my house for 2 yrs, Gene was absolutely wonderful. Was always polite, showed up on time and really listened to all my concern. Since October I have been going back and forth with the office about having him as my service guy. Well today I received a call from a new guy who quickly caught an attitude when I was asking questions (he spoke to me like I was stupid). I then called the office to cancel and the secretary wanted to know why and gave me this talk about how they find the best candidates etc etc. She then told me she was going to cancel without the 30 day notice to make the customer happy and stated she needed a reason so corporate does not think she is just canceling for no reason. I told her if it was a problem I could call corporate myself and explain and she immediately got defensive and said I am canceling it I dont know why you would call corporate. I told her I was trying to help her so corporate wouldn’t give her any issues, since she had just said that corporate would give her a hard time without a reason. Don’t waste your time with this office!!!! Maybe the other ones are better, I am just not willing to find out.

I have called over 15 times and left vm trying to schedule a date & time for an exterminator to come out to my home and have had no luck with anyone even calling me back, but had someone gladly take my payment? This makes no sence to me!! And when I finally got an answer the lady said that she passed on the message and the exterminator will call me but it has been a week and no one has came by or called and have had an exterminator come for outside of house plenty of times before (or so they say) for the few months but no one ever comes for inside.
