Great experience. They gave great, straight forward pricing over the phone for hornets nest removal, didn’t try to lure me into monthly service. They came same day for no extra cost. Technician Brady was awesome & treated & removed the nest – he knew what he was doing, was professional, courteous. No tricks like the other companies. They are now our go to for pest control. Hands down the best.

I am very grateful Alex pick up my call to Recon yesterday. Same day service was truly needed and appreciated. Alex communicated his arrival time clearly via text. He took great care addressing all the onsite pest issues for my initial Recon appt. Within hours of treatment, there was already a massive difference in my ant infestation. Looking forward to quarterly or as needed pest treatments to keep my ground level condo a bug free zone. Thank you!

0/10 for actually fixing problems. 7/10 for treating the symptoms. 2/10 for customer service. They’ll spray around just fine but when it comes to a problem all they seem to know what to do is stroll around and lay down traps. I kept telling the last technician (note this is about Daniel, not the other one who’s come out) that they are absolutely coming in through our dishwasher. He checked the dishwasher and admitted he found mice droppings and put down traps, but he was adamant they weren’t coming through there. He did an “inspection” which just consisted of walking into the garage and immediately saying that’s where they were coming in from, and were coming through the conjoining door into the house. When I explained to him how they couldn’t be getting in because I replaced the seal and weather stripping to be air tight, it took a bit of pushback but then he actually inspected the door and agreed I was right, they couldn’t get through it (which means he didn’t even do an inspection of it in the first place), and then when I asked where they were actually coming in from, he just shrugged and said “I don’t know” and left. No more inspection. No checking the outside. Nothing. Yeah I checked behind the dishwasher after they showed me how to pull off the bottom panel and there is a huge hole in the back. Clearly visible from most angles. Guess I’ll have to deal with this on my own.
