Messaged half way through the weekend about yellow jacket issues. I messaged 5, including him. He was the first to respond and give an estimate. Another did respond, but wanted to up sell a subscription, but could do little to nothing about the current issue… spoiler alert, I hate “subscription” types and more so from chains. Anyway I wasn’t in a hurry, but JK Pest treated the issue and more than a day later no issues. I was given a short term guarantee that if they came back in the short term he would retreat, but seems there is no need . I 100% recommend from my single experience. Hopefully I won’t need again, but if I do I will be contacting him again. I have nothing negative to say and was happy he responded quickly even though I was not in hurry. Wish other businesses were run like this.

Justin is great! He quickly responded to my inquiry about taking care of a yellow jacket nest, and came back on a Friday after 5 for a second treatment. Would recommend calling Justin for any of your pest needs.

Justin came out in under 2 hours from when I first contacted him. He gave some helpful tips for eradicating wasps the next time I find them and he took care of the large wasp nest I had in a hard to reach spot. I really appreciated his responsiveness to quickly get rid of the wasps, I will absolutely call him again for any pest control needs.

We reached out to Justin for a quote-he was quick with his response and answered all our questions. He arrived right on time and walked around the yard with us to ensure he knew what we needed. He was professional and did an amazing job! We can finally enjoy our back yard without the worry of ticks or mosquitoes!! Would definitely recommend him to EVERYONE!! 10/10!!

I called Justin in a panic about a dozen years ago when a mouse ran up the arm of a chair I was sitting in. He came, put out bait, and figured out and fixed where the mice were coming in. Since then, I’ve seen him quarterly but no live mice scurrying across my floors (knock wood).

Great service! I been working with Justin for a few years for regular treatments and he has been doing a great job. He is very responsive and very helpful when I have questions. He definitely has a vast knowledge of bugs, insects and pest. I’ve recommended him to my friends and family.

Justin, owner of JK Pest, is fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive. He has been able to accurately identify droppings from just a text message (there was no way we had bats but he was right!) and when he is on site, he is thorough in his work and even is able to point out issues I was unaware of. But most importantly, he’s honest, which is why I started using him 7 years ago after catching a larger, well-known company in a lie, and not once have I regretted making the change to JK Pest. When there is an issue, he presents me with options and I can always count on him to resolve it. He is professional and personable, and I have recommended JK Pest to neighbors and friends over the years.

I will NOT use any other company, Justin is the best! He is prompt, serious, pleasant, and knows exactly what to do to solve the issue. He cares about the customer’s concerns, which he addresses effectively, and kindly! He was so quick and the impact of his work was immeasurable!
