You’ll get a text saying, “Hi! This is Eco Pest Control. Your technician is on the way to (your address) and is expected to arrive around 08:35am EDT.” Then at 11am EST, you can give them a call because no one has showed up to the time their business provides, just so that the operator tells you. “Oh, no human sends that, that’s an automated message.” Or “they could’ve hit traffic” ( excuses for not having a properly managed system) Don’t waste your time or money. There are companies out there who will respect your time and have staff that values their customers. Not someone who takes no responsibility and will then try and “teach” you how pest control works. Assuming you know nothing about it. Needless to say, service canceled.

Honestly, I think they’re too expensive and every additional spraying service comes with some exorbitant fee. Their online system doesn’t have an autopay option so you have to remember to login into their online portal every month to pay. Otherwise, they call and hound you for the $. Meh.
