PMSI is absolutely one of our favorite home services companies. Their service is effective, the office team is always helpful and efficient, and our onsite technician, Timmie, is knowledgeable, skillful in aspects of treatment, and always friendly. We actually look forward to Timmie’s/PMSI’s visits to our home and property!

Absolutely 100% do not recommend. I need to find a new company and I’ll be asking my community page. Greg is FANTASTIC and I have zero issues with him. My issue is the fact that I told them I had wasps. Greg kindly treated them, but for some reason they came back with a vengeance and are now swarming my backyard. I’ve been an annual member for a few years, but the service is extremely poor. I called again telling them about the wasps swarming my backyard even after Greg came. They told me I would have to wait almost a week. I called again expressing my concern and they said ok he’ll come between 12-5 the next day. Well it’s currently the next day and NO update. I stayed home and waited! What a waste of time. How extremely unprofessional. How can you tell someone you are coming and then give zero update that nobody will come. I called at 4:30pm (they close at 5pm) and it says they are closed. Horrible service. Will be searching community Facebook pages for new recommendations. I am bummed as Greg is wonderful but the scheduling and service of the company is extremely poor

I’ve now received two treatments from PMSI after canceling another contract with a local company that was never effective. I have not seen a basement spider or a single little black ant since my first treatment. My technician has been pleasant and professional and has shown a fantastic demeanor and work ethic. He removed any spider webs under the deck and while working quickly, he took the necessary time to do the job right. I’m going to stay with PMSI and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

PMSI offered a prepay option for one whole year and we paid. But then they charged our credit card again after quarterly service. We repeatedly asked them to stop charging our card via emails and phone calls. PMSI representative promised to issue a check for duplicate charges but no check has been received. We have been reminding them to send us a check every week. But we have been receiving some vague response about the owner and his availability in the office. Cannot trust PMSI with how they handle payments.

I wouldn’t waste your money on these guys they came and fogged my house 4-5 times for 2 months and I was still seen a bunch of roaches then I saw on tik tok of a guy who used to be an exterminator and showed us what to use to kill them all and man within 2 weeks they were gone! Now it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t seen a ding roach! this place is a joke! I wish I saw that video before I lost my money what a joke!

These folks are great. My husband had already been using them for years before he and I met. After my husband and I got married and started living in the same house,I mentioned to them that I am very sensitive to smells and sensitive to some chemicals so they took all that into consideration and are very careful when they come to our house to treat our house for pests. As I mentioned before my husband has been using them for years and they are very reliable and professional so we are definitely keeping them as our pest management service provider. We highly recommend them.
