Had an appointment scheduled with Daniel for 5:30-7:30pm to remove a pigeon nest inside a mop bucket on my balcony. Was told that Daniel would call me when he was en route. Never got a call and never showed up. Waste of time, especially since I had explicitly emphasized to customer service that I had an 11pm flight out the same evening and would not return for some time, so thanks for nothing. Edit: What phone call? I received precisely 0 inbound calls and I dialed you guys, and only you guys from my phone yesterday. If he had knocked or rung the bell, I would’ve heard it as I was in the kitchen, a maximum 10ft away from the door, the entirety of dinner hour. Maybe have your tech double-check the number he was dialing and put a bit more effort into using a cellphone. Texts are a thing in the 21st century, and I received none of those.

Had our first bug treatment today from Pest Pro Pest Control. Trace was friendly and very interested in addressing our concerns. He was very thorough and the treatment was more comprehensive than what we have received in the past from other companies. We highly recommend them. Had our second treatment today with Pest Pro. Thomas initially spoke to us to see if we had any concerns and then proceeded to treat all the areas we had asked him to along with the regular treatment areas. When he left, he sent us a text to let us know what his findings were. We still highly recommend them!
