I was impressed with the young men who came to my home. The salesperson was very informative and knew his information. The one who applied the pesticide came right on time, asked if I had any questions, and got right to work. He was done in half an hour. As he was packing up, I asked him if he would back under the porch and he cheerfully and quickly did it.

Employees don’t care about what they are doing. They spray all over the windows creating a mess to clean up after. You pay for both the inside and outside and they only do the out side. They leave gates open so your pets can get out and when you cancel they still come. Trying to close your account takes an act of congress. Very unprofessional!
