Perks Construction 10 months agoPerks construction (Mike) was great throughout the entire project! Very honest and straightforward with time frames and expectations. Did amazing work, and even finished under budget. I’ve never had a construction company I would recommend to a friend. I’ve already recommended Perks Construction to both my brother and business partner. Mike was phenomenal! I highly recommend!

Next Exteriors 2 months agoThis is the second time I’ve had to slam on my breaks avoiding a reckless driver in a Next Exteriors truck. I would never hire them based on their driving, they are horrible and impatient drivers. If their work is anything like their driving, I would even try.

Mountain States Kitchen & Bath 2 weeks agoNot the best experience. When you walk in the house the kitchen looks great, but then if you REALLY look you will see many many chips in paint. I called and they came out and gave me a small bottle of paint for touch ups, but i dont think i could cover them all up with that tiny bottle. At this point i feel like i need to pull out the paint bucket. They looked great for 6 months before i started noticing, i was told kids are tough on cabinets. Nope, that was definitely not the issue. All along the floor boards the corner paint is gone. They are all hung wonky, they rub on the edges, spacing is different on all of them. There is a long rub mark on the inside where our coffee can comes in and out. You cant touch anything without paint coming off. When i pushed the garbage down to make room it busted. I will say when the guy came out to fix it he was great, quick and responsive. As far as the cabinets, very disappointed. A kitchen should be durable, mine is far from it.

Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Pros 2 weeks agoI wish I could give ten stars to this business. Like many people, I have had bad experiences with contractors in the past. KBR is the solution! Chris was just absolutely top notch from start to finish. He was straightforward, honest, reliable and fun to work with! He only picks the best subs and each of them were 10/10 in terms of quality. He was very communicative and always showed up when he said he would and did what he said he would do. We finished on time according to the timeline he set out and on budget with no nasty surprises. He is an excellent project manager with highly skilled workers. I cannot recommend this business enough, it exceeded all our expectations and we feel lucky to have found them.
