I had a poor experience with my last pest Control before I met the salesmen for Atlas at my house. They seemed like great trustworthy boys and after I explained my bad experience of being stuck in a contract, they reassured me that would not be the case and I could cancel any time if I was dissatisfied. Little did they mention the $290 cancelation fee I would have to pay. I’ve had non stop wasps, ants and spiders, and no matter how many revisits I get, the pests are still there, so I went to cancel to find out I was duped and would have to pay $290 to cancel before my year is up. I’m upset that they didn’t train the sales agent properly and won’t do anything to rectify the mistake. Now I’m stuck in a contract I don’t want to be in.

Jacob Delacruz completed pest control service at my home today and did an outstanding job. My appointment was late in the day, it was hot, and I wouldn’t have been surprise if he was less than cheery. He was quite the opposite – he was very friendly. He was on time, spent the time it took to make sure everything was covered, webs and wasp nests were removed, and he was careful around my garden. He’s a nice person who clearly takes pride in his work, which I appreciate. Thanks Jacob!
