UPDATE: I had an appointment today for termite bait installation, and I assumed it would be canceled due to the approaching storm. Instead, Kyle was my tech again (yay), and he called and offered to come early to beat the weather and make sure I was still taken care of today. What a great company and superb technician! My technician today, Kyle, was awesome!!! So friendly and professional, and on time. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that all of our pest control needs were met. Thank you!

It cost me $23 to get a fish plate I wanted six pieces because I take half of it eat it and I put the other half up for the next day the fish was delicious it was 100% awesome when I first got there I stood there for 10 minutes before somebody came to the counter but I wasn’t upset because the fish made up for how good it was that’s just a lot of money for one person to eat and I’m wondering now if I could come in there and just buy fish only but your chicken is off the chain it’s the best chicken I mean KFC’s okay but I love Golden Chicken better and thank you it just cost a lot of money so that’s why I can’t go there a lot maybe y’all should get like a $2 or $5 menu

We have used pest pro services for 10+ yrs now and recently I’ve had the worst service from them. When they come spray if it doesn’t take care of the job the first spray then they’re supposed to come back out for FREE of charge to spray again. It’s been this way until this last quarterly service we had and they charged us another $70.36 quarterly fee for a call back service that was supposed to be FREE. Very displeased with the services we’ve been receiving for such loyal customers for 10+ yrs!! Will be looking to switch companies and no longer referring out if this is not made right by the owner. – ****update to add a photo of the bill I received that shows we actually have had services since April. May as well show my whole address since whoever replied wrote it on the reply anyway. Which is very unprofessional btw. 🤔
