This is my first time in a pest control shop. But I have to say I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Lance and Wesley and top notch! I have no idea about how pest control works. Wesley was fantastic on the phone explaining different options and confidence they be able to find a solution to my concerns. In the store, Lance recommended the perfect solution to take care of my roach issue. Perfect customer service! Lance even typed up a detailed email and included his own instructions on how to use each of the products in the kit that I purchased. Lance and Wesley both did a fantastic job. Recommend anyone come to this location for any of their pest-control needs. Lance and Wesley 2028💪💪💪💪

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. They shorted me several items, and despite multiple calls, emails, voicemails, etc…. they have not replaced the missing items. AVOID.

I am impressed with this company. Lance and his Team are extremely helpful. I am a homeowner, and I am trying to turn my 6 acers that use to be a cow pasture/hay field into a grass like on a golf course. They have coached me, help me identify the products that I need, taken multiple phone calls to answer my questions and guide me through this process. Thank You

Y’all didn’t have Reclaim IT in the small bottle, so I was told to get something in a green bottle because it’s better due to an added ingredient. It was applied the next day and waiting to see if it’s effective on fleas like Reclaim was. The guy seemed bothered by getting a customer. That’s what I’m currently basing my rating on.

I called the solutions’ 800 number 1 or 2 minutes before closing time, to get product application help, and to ask a question about bug activity. Lance, in Houston, at the Louetta store, answered my call. I am using specific detail, because I was really impressed with him and his knowledge about his craft, and I want to commend him to his superiors. He was very helpfull explaining the correct way to apply the mentioned product, and gave me a logical explanation about the pattern I had observed about the bug activity a couple of days after its application, and beyond. He also suggested another Solutions’ product that will probably solve the problem I am experiencing. As satisfied as I was for his expertise, what impressed me the most, Is his character. In this day and time, most people would not have answered the phone, knowing that they would have to stay and help a customer beyond closing time, if they could avoid it. When I thanked him for helping me and answering the phone that late, his response was, “That’s my job” And so it is, but too many people could care less. Thank you, Lance! Don
