Over a decade of service, and I am no longer a customer. A technician by the name of Walt (miss him) serviced my home for years, but he retired, and another younger gentleman began to service my home. After a few visits, I finally decided that I didn’t prefer his condescending tone and requested a new technician. I was told that the condescending gentleman was my only option (hmm…small staff, I suppose), and they were “sorry” for my negative experience, and they would make the owner aware. Whatever. That was 2 weeks ago, and I have not heard back from anyone! I’ve spent a lot of money over the last decade or more with Champions Pest Control, and they could care less. Local companies pride themselves on providing top-notch customer service, but I guess Champions Pest Control picks and chooses who they provide that top-notch service to. I think I look different, although my money over the past 10 years has been green. Such a shame that I was loyal for far too long to a local company that cared nothing about my satisfaction. I will look for a company that offers a more diverse and available staff that follows up with their customers. UPDATE: THE OWNER COMMENTED ON MY REVIEW OVER 1 MONTH AGO STATING THAT HE WOULD REACH OUT TO ME; HOWEVER, HE NEVER DID!

Keegan is our pest control specialist at Champions. He’s always on time, courteous and respectful of our home and property. He’s also extremely quick and efficient. Additionally, we never have any bug problems after a Champions visit. I highly recommend them, and be sure to ask for Keegan!

Champions pest control has been keeping the bugs away since 2017. I love the fact that we’ve had the same “bug man” the entire time. Scotty is the best! We’ve always had excellent service.

Scoty came and did our first service on 10/27. He was like a breath of fresh air after horrible service from some corporate competitors! He listened to our concerns and was thorough with spraying the whole house! We’re very pleased and excited to continue this journey with Champion!
