Just had my first pest control experience come to my home of which was so easy and the exterminator Mr. Martinez if there is any ratings on their people I give him 10 out 10!! He is awesome! Explained what he was gonna do, what he did, answered all my questions!! Great Customer Service!! Will highly recommend to anyone needing this service!! It’s so stressful living in apartments and having to talk through the leasing agents about pest control. However, I was finally able to have the time to call directly to Worldwide Pest Control and thankfully Kaylee answered. She is an awesome receptionist! She has wonderful customer service and helped me a lot with understanding the process of what exactly was going on. With her thorough feedback and answers, I am able to be at ease with the process that is taking place. I am now able to trust this company with my apartment. In short- don’t hire them and definitely outsource your PC if your apartment management contracts them for your apartment “services”. We have had an ENDLESS issue with roaches for SIX MONTHS. Apartment management is telling me and my family that pest control is doing “everything they can” and they’ve treated time after time after time. No infestation, no issues in my unit or surrounding units that would be attracting these sanitation hazards, yet- they remain. The problem has existed since prior to us moving in. We made management aware and there have been multiple occasions where pest control is requested and they have not shown up but have told the management office they came (camera footage available for proof). Anything they have done to “treat” hasn’t been successful, as the issue still persists. Lazy services at best- don’t waste your time or money.

Worldwide pest control was due to do a roach treatment at my apartment at Las Villas de Leon today between 10am and 5pm. I care for a disabled partner that has had two strokes and was recently hospitalized with a high heart rate plus she has a service dog and I have a cat. She is on a strick diet and must take her medication at a timely manner. Well they showed up at our apartment at 4:30pm and we were expected to leave the apartment for 3 to 4 hours this would have put us past her medication time and we had no place to go. I told them to cancel the service and now the apartment management is going to charge us $40.00 trip charge for a service we never signed up for. The whole thing socks and I will take care of fogging our apartment myself. Worldwide Pest is a terrible company with horrible customer service and untimely service. Never and I mean never use them.

The apartment contracts these guys but they don’t actually do anything. They’ve been out to my apartment twice and have not done any service. Just complain there’s still items in the apartment. Hello? I live here. There are going to be items in the apartment. Just excuses. I got rid of the German roaches no problem by sealing the kitchen and spraying with Orkin. Go to Barron’s hardware and ask them to help you out.

It seems to be as this company has fallen off the map of Caring or giving genuine customer service. Horrible at time management and even worse at communicating times and service with clients.
