I love that the same technician comes to treat your home every time. Also appreciate that they will come out between scheduled service dates if you’re having issues. I had a problem with red wasps. One nest was ENORMOUS!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Don’t committ cause they won’t. No communication, only worried about getting money and not delivering as promised. Upon signing up I was told we were going to have service for a year with an option to ‘PAUSE’ services during the lighter months. That information given to me was not accurate. I’m canceling the entire thing and here’s why… During the 3 MONTHS of ‘using’ them, we have paid $228.40. They came out and did great in the very first visit back in July. Since then, we have not heard a word from them but to pay our monthly payments. Then one day, SECRETLY they came and sprayed again, but only in our front yard. However, no communication as to when they were coming, no advanced notice, no preparation. They just sprayed 3 feet around the front of our house and left. Didn’t even try and touch our back yard, didn’t knock to come and spray inside, didn’t even know they were there until we got a confirmation email saying that they had visited.. PAST TENSE. Our last Pest control place would have consistent communication to arrange for access to indoors, backyard, and to ensure pets would be secured. I regret switching to Berrett Pest Control! NOW, Berrett Pest Control wants to charge me one last time before I can cancel with them… I mean ‘PAUSE’. So that means I’ve paid $272.78 in 3 months and got visited only one and half times. DO NOT WASTE ANY TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS. They are not proactively pursuing what you pay them for and lack the communication to execute a productive visit.

We signed with Berrett in August 2020 and have been very pleased with them. We signed for their quarterly service and have been very glad about it. When we have called for extra sprays or issues they usually have a 24-48 hour turnaround window for coming out to any extra service calls. They are so professional always, their dispatchers on the phone as well as the technicians. Highly recommend.
